The watch is in full working order and has just been serviced by Patek. The watch is sealed from patek, and comes with a travel pouch and extract papers as well as the original box.

Watch is in great condition but has some minor signs of wear as it is in original unpolished condition. The bracelet is tight with no stretch.
The box like many authentic Patek box's of the time suffers from a manufacturing defect that causes the vinyl on the inside to flake off.
